INTRODUCTION
In response to the number of unresolved cases pending in the courts and in recognition of the need for a fast and convenient way for conflict resolution, a team of experts in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) came together to establish a conflict resolution institution called

 

MEDIATION CITY.
The Mediation City is an organization which seeks to promote the use of ADR, primarily mediation and arbitration, in the settlement and management of disputes without going through the court system. The Mediation City offers and provides affordable, convenient and faster ways to resolving disputes to individuals and groups of people such as organizations and companies.
ADR has been proven to be faster, cheaper and less stressful as compared to litigation. It produces a win-win situation most of the time, and restores strained interpersonal relationships.
